Q:chi employs a technically skilled, professional labour force and ensures that staff are protected and treated fairly during their time of employment with the organisation. We expect and encourage our employees to raise any concerns regarding violations of law with the Q:chi management team.

Q:chi does not enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.

Q:chi will continuously monitor any arrangements it has with contractors and supply chains to ensure they act in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act when doing business with us.
